The challenges will address the four thematic priorities of S3FOOD:
- Sensors for monitoring real-time, critical control parameters

- Smart data management
- Connectivity in food companies and in the food value chain
Who is invited
Each visit will gather:
- Food producers and their technical teams
- Selected technology providers
- S3FOOD partners and third parties
- Other companies and solution providers
- Stakeholder groups (universities, technological centres, RTOs, public authorities, regional development agencies)
Each webinar will be dedicated to eight digital challenges presented by two companies: UVESA and General Mills.
The objective is to create a dynamic innovation space where experts from each company will give feedback on technological solutions to the challenges presented by SMEs.
