IoT monitoring of blue cheese quality
Blue cheese is still very much an artisanal product in Spanish cuisine. At the family-run dairy company Los Caserinos, new digital tools are required to meet growing demands for uniform high quality and to comply with food safety regulations.
This exploration project with CTIC Technology Centre aims to assess and identify the right IoT technology for real-time refrigeration monitoring in blue cheese production.
In addition to optimising quality control and food safety, the technology will ensure resource efficiency and traceability.
